The device comes with a removable Li-Ion 750 mAh battery, which was fairly typical for feature phones of that era. It offered up to 150 hours of standby time and approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes of talk time. Although modest, these specifications were usually sufficient for regular daily use, given the power efficiency of such basic mobile phones and the less demanding nature of the technology involved.
