Under the hood, the myTouch Q is powered by a 1.0 GHz Scorpion CPU and an Adreno 205 GPU, housed on the Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon S2 chipset. Running on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), this configuration was suitable for smooth operation of apps available at the time. With 512 MB of RAM and 2 GB of internal storage (expandable via a microSDHC slot), it offers modest capabilities for multitasking and storage. Although not equipped to handle heavy gaming or intensive applications, it efficiently supports essential smartphone functions.
