Powering the Tecno Pop 6 Go is Android 11 (Go edition), supplemented with HiOS, Tecno’s custom user interface. The Go edition is optimized for phones with lower RAM, which in this case is either 1GB RAM paired with 16GB of internal storage or 2GB RAM with 32GB of storage. Such configurations support light multitasking and running apps designed for the Go edition, but the performance may lag if overloaded with heavier applications. Notably, there is no memory card slot for external storage expansion, so users should consider storage needs before purchasing.
