The Tel.Me. T939 was crafted with a focus on incorporating a touchscreen interface within a compact body, though its exact dimensions and weight remain unspecified. The phone utilized a Mini-SIM card, aligning with the standard of the period. It was built around a TFT resistive touchscreen capable of displaying 256K colors, although effectively utilizing just 65K.
