Design and Build
The Telit C1000 sports a compact and lightweight design, measuring 86 x 48 x 15.6 mm and weighing just 74.5 grams. This makes it incredibly portable and easy to handle, fitting comfortably in almost any pocket or bag. The phone uses a Mini-SIM and comes with a TFT resistive touchscreen capable of displaying 256K colors, a notable feature for its time. However, the resolution is relatively low, at 128 x 160 pixels, which provides basic clarity but nothing compared to today's high-definition standards. Interestingly, it includes handwriting recognition, which was a novel touch for such a compact device.
