Design and Build
The Telit t650 was designed with a compact form factor, measuring 90 x 44 x 17 mm and weighing just 90 grams. This made it a lightweight device suitable for users who preferred portable and easy-to-carry phones. Its build incorporated a rotating lens for the VGA camera, a feature that was somewhat innovative for phones during that era. The phone supported a Mini-SIM format, consistent with the standard practices of the mid-2000s.
