Network and Connectivity
The Toshiba 705T supports GSM and UMTS networks, with 2G bands covering GSM 900/1800/1900 and a 3G capability on UMTS 2100. The connectivity speeds within its 3G network reach up to 384 kbps, which, at the time of its release, ensured reasonable web browsing and data communication capabilities. Despite lacking Wi-Fi, its connectivity features include Bluetooth, useful for transferring files or connecting to compatible devices.
