Camera Functionality
The main camera was a single 2 MP unit with autofocus, which was fairly impressive for a phone in 2005, allowing users to capture photos with acceptable quality for prints and digital sharing at the time. Additionally, the VGA front camera supported video calling—a novel feature for that era, especially with the advent of 3G networks. The video capability recorded at 320p, suitable mainly for viewing on the device's own display, as larger displays would quickly reveal its limitations.
