With dimensions of 117 x 57 x 12.1 mm and weighing in at just 106 grams, the Verykool i285 is designed to be compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry in a pocket or small bag. The phone uses a Mini-SIM and features a gray color scheme, which is fairly standard for devices of its era. Its 3.2-inch TFT display, although limited by modern standards, was adequate for basic tasks. The 240 x 400-pixel resolution offers a pixel density of around 146 ppi, which provides clear enough visuals for everyday use without high expectations for sharpness or detail.
