Under the hood, the SL5000 Quantum runs on a quad-core 1.2 GHz processor, which was modest even by 2014 standards. Combined with 1GB of RAM, it provides the basic capability to handle everyday tasks such as browsing and social media with reasonable efficiency. Its internal storage is limited to 4GB, but this can be expanded via a dedicated microSDXC slot, which is a welcome feature for users needing more space. The device runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat, delivering a straightforward and user-friendly interface with access to basic apps and Google services. However, this version of Android is now obsolete, with limited support for newer applications.
