Under the hood, the vivo S15e runs on Android 11 with the proprietary OriginOS Ocean interface, supported by the powerful Exynos 1080 chipset built on a 5-nanometer process. The octa-core CPU includes a performance cluster of one 2.8 GHz Cortex-A78 core, balanced by three 2.6 GHz Cortex-A78 cores, and four 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 efficiency cores. This configuration ensures robust performance for multitasking and demanding applications. The Mali-G78 MP10 GPU complements this by handling graphics-intensive tasks with ease.
The phone offers three variants in terms of memory and storage: 128GB of internal storage with 8GB RAM, and two options with 256GB storage paired with either 8GB or 12GB RAM. Utilizing UFS 3.1 technology, the phone offers speedy read and write operations. However, the absence of a microSD card slot limits storage expansion options.
