Performance
Under the hood, the Vivo Y93 is powered by the Mediatek MT6762 Helio P22 chipset, which is built on a 12 nm process, coupled with an octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU clocked at 2.0 GHz. This combination allows for satisfactory performance, especially for casual usage such as messaging, browsing the web, and using social media apps. While it’s not explicitly designed for high-performance tasks or gaming, the PowerVR GE8320 GPU manages basic games and graphics fairly well.
The phone is available in variants with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM and 32GB to 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card slot. The eMMC 5.1 storage type ensures decent read/write speeds for the price range, although it cannot compete with the faster UFS storage found in higher-end phones.
