Under the hood, the Vivo Z3 runs on the Android 8.1 (Oreo) operating system, layered with Vivo's own user interface enhancements. It packs a choice between two powerful Qualcomm chipsets: the Snapdragon 670 and the Snapdragon 710, both built on a 10 nm process. This is complemented by an octa-core CPU configuration, ensuring smooth multitasking and efficient energy consumption. The graphics are handled by the Adreno 615 and Adreno 616 GPUs, appropriate for moderate gaming and graphical tasks. Multiple RAM and storage configurations, including 64GB with 4GB or 6GB RAM and a 128GB and 6GB RAM option, offer flexibility depending on user needs. Additionally, a microSDXC slot allows for expanded storage.
