With an internal memory of 64MB, the VK700 could store up to 500 phonebook contacts, featuring support for photo call, allowing users to assign a photograph to their contact entries. The device also kept track of recent call data, storing logs for 20 dialed, received, missed, and temporary calls. However, it lacked a memory card slot, limiting expansion beyond the internal storage, which may have constrained users who sought to store more media or data.
