Powered by a Qualcomm MSM8210 Snapdragon 200 chipset and a dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 processor, the Smart 4 is unmistakably an entry-level device. Its Adreno 302 GPU keeps pace with similarly modest graphics performance. Out of the box, the phone runs on Android 4.4.2 (KitKat), which was considered quite user-friendly at the time of its release. However, with only 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, it's clear that the device was designed for light use, and users are encouraged to take advantage of the microSDHC card slot to expand storage for additional apps and media.
