Under the hood, the Wiko Y61 is powered by a Mediatek MT6761WE chipset, accompanied by a quad-core 1.8 GHz CPU and a PowerVR GE8300 GPU. It runs on Android 10 (Go edition), which is a lightweight version of Android designed for entry-level smartphones. This combination ensures satisfactory performance for day-to-day tasks such as messaging, browsing, and using lightweight apps. However, with only 1GB or 2GB of RAM, multitasking and running resource-intensive applications might pose challenges. The phone offers two storage options, 16GB and 32GB, with expandable storage via a microSDXC card slot.
