Camera Capabilities
Perhaps the most attention-grabbing feature of the XCute DV50 was its main camera - a 5 MP sensor with autofocus capabilities. This was remarkable for the time, as most phones were still sporting 1 to 2 MP cameras. The inclusion of an LED flash was a thoughtful addition for improving photography in low-light conditions. The camera could capture video at a resolution of 480p at 30 frames per second, which was quite impressive for a mobile device pre-smartphone era. However, the absence of a selfie camera might have been a downside for users interested in front-facing photography.
