Camera Capabilities
The camera was the standout feature of the XCute DV80. With a single 5 MP sensor featuring autofocus, the phone was positioned to lead its peers in mobile photography. The inclusion of an LED flash would have been beneficial for low-light scenarios. The camera's ability to record video at 480p at 30 frames per second was solid for its time, highlighting XCute’s attempt to blend photography and videography functions in one device. Unfortunately, the phone lacked a selfie camera, which would limit its appeal to users who valued front-facing photography, though this feature was not as common at the time.
