In the camera department, the Mi Max 4 featured a single 48 MP rear camera, complete with a wide aperture of f/1.8 and the promise of detailed photos even in low-light conditions thanks to its 1/2.0" sensor size and 0.8µm pixels. It offered standard features like dual-LED flash, HDR, and panorama, and was capable of capturing 4K video at 30fps, incorporating gyro-EIS to stabilize shots. The front camera, an 8 MP shooter, was tailored for selfies and video calls, supporting HDR and recording at 1080p, providing adequate quality for most everyday needs.
