Under the hood, the Poco X6 Neo is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chipset, built on a 6nm process. This is complemented by an octa-core CPU with two high-performance Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz, and six energy-efficient Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz. The Mali-G57 MC2 GPU ensures decent graphics performance for gaming and media consumption. The phone runs on Android 13, providing the latest features and security updates.
The device comes with two memory configurations: 128GB of internal storage coupled with 8GB RAM, and a more potent 256GB storage with 12GB RAM variant. Storage is further expandable via microSDXC card, albeit using the shared SIM slot.
