Performance
Under the hood, the Redmi 3x is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset, built on the 28nm process. This octa-core CPU, clocked at 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53, paired with an Adreno 505 GPU, was a competent combination for routine activities at the time of release. With 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, the phone delivered a satisfactory performance for basic multitasking, though running more demanding applications might have tested its limits. The storage can be expanded using a microSD card, but this requires using the shared SIM slot, which is a common trade-off in hybrid setups.
