Performance and Software
Under the hood, the Redmi Note 3 was powered by the MediaTek MT6795 Helio X10 chipset with a 28 nm architecture and an octa-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU. The PowerVR G6200 GPU handled graphical tasks. It launched with Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, customized with Xiaomi's MIUI 7, which provided a unique and tailored user experience.
The phone offered two RAM and storage configurations: a basic 16GB storage model with 2GB RAM and a higher-tier 32GB option with 3GB RAM. While it lacked expandable storage options, the internal storage capacities were adequate for typical users at the time.
