Xiaomi has included a range of audio options in the Redmi Note 4, including a 3.5mm headphone jack which supports 24-bit/192kHz audio, a feature not often found in budget phones of its era. The loudspeaker delivers sound at 64dB for voice, 67dB for noise, and 76dB for ringtones, which is adequate for personal use. In terms of connectivity, it covers the bases with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, GLONASS, and BDS for positioning. It also features an infrared port and an FM radio, though it lacks NFC, which might be a drawback for users who rely on near-field services.
