Powering the phone is a removable 1400 mAh Li-Ion battery, which delivers considerable standby and talk times of up to 600 hours and 21 hours on 2G networks, respectively, and up to 570 hours standby and 8 hours and 30 minutes talk time on 3G networks. The removable battery allows users the convenience of swapping batteries as needed, which is less common in modern smartphone designs.
