Performance and Software
Powered by the Mediatek MT6589 chipset with a quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 processor and a PowerVR SGX544 GPU, the XOLO Q1000 delivered a competent performance for everyday tasks and moderate gaming. Out-of-the-box, it ran on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, with an upgrade path available to Android 4.4.2 KitKat. This software provided users with a balanced and intuitive interface, alongside access to a variety of apps and features. However, its 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage could limit multitasking and app storage, although the dedicated microSDHC slot offered some relief for storage expansion.
