Under the hood, the ZTE Axon 7 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, coupled with a quad-core CPU and Adreno 530 GPU. This configuration was top-of-the-line at the time of release, capable of handling demanding applications and multitasking with ease. The device originally ran on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, but can be upgraded to Android 8.0 Oreo, personalized with ZTE’s MiFavor 5.2 interface. With 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, users had ample space and performance capability to satisfy most needs.
