One of the most intriguing aspects of the ZTE Grand X IN is its Intel Atom Z2460 CPU clocked at 1.6 GHz. Coupled with Intel's XMM 6260 chipset and a dedicated Intel graphics media accelerator running at 400 MHz, this setup offered an uncommon smartphone architecture not relying on ARM during its launch. Running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the phone's 1GB of RAM provided average performance for multitasking standard apps of the time. However, the 4GB of internal storage was rather limited, though it did support expansion through a microSDHC card.
