Under the hood, the ZTE Light Tab 3 V9S is powered by the Qualcomm MSM8260 Snapdragon S3 chipset, featuring a dual-core 1.2 GHz Scorpion CPU and the Adreno 220 GPU. Paired with 1GB of RAM, the tablet provided adequate performance for its time, handling standard applications and procedural tasks efficiently on Android 3.2 Honeycomb. This version of Android, while dated today, was instrumental in defining tablet experiences during its release period. However, the absence of a card slot for expandable storage limits users to the 16GB of built-in memory, restricting heavy use of high storage-demand applications.
