Design and Build
With dimensions of 116 x 56.5 x 11.8 mm and weighing 120 grams, the ZTE V821 was relatively compact and easy to handle. Its form factor was characteristic of early-2010s smartphones, with a robust build. The phone sported a TFT resistive touchscreen that supported 65K colors, which was fairly standard at that time but meant that the display lacked the vibrancy and responsiveness of capacitive touchscreens that were beginning to dominate the market. The inclusion of a QWERTY keyboard was a significant feature, appealing to users transitioning from feature phones to smartphones who preferred physical keys for messaging.
