ABBYY ADRT not just preserves the exact look of the original structure but intelligently reproduces the logical links between formatting attributes and content of the document across all its pages.
FineReader accurately re-creates all the most complex formatting attributes in native Microsoft® Office format — such as table of contents, hierarchical heading structures, page numbering, headers and footers, footnotes, styles, and captions to images — while preserving consistent text flow throughout all pages. As a result, you get an output Microsoft Office document that is ready to use and easy to adapt for your purposes. For example, you can quickly change or remove the header across all pages simultaneously or add a new chapter to the document which will be added to the existing table of contents.
