The tablet offers internal storage options of 16GB or 32GB, with both configurations paired with 1GB RAM. While this was sufficient for basic applications and media storage when the device was launched, users might find this limiting given the size of modern applications and media files. In support of additional storage, the A500 includes a microSDHC card slot, which can help expand memory availability.
