Storage on the Alcatel OT-255 is extremely limited, with only 1.8 MB of internal memory and no option for expansion via a memory card slot. This restricts its ability to store media or large amounts of data but is sufficient for keeping essential contacts, call records, and messages. The phone can store up to 500 contacts in its phonebook, which is adequate for most basic users.
