Packed with a Qualcomm MSM8255T Snapdragon S2 chipset and a 1.4 GHz Scorpion CPU, the OT-995 was aimed at delivering smooth performance for everyday tasks during its time. The Adreno 205 GPU supported basic gaming and graphical tasks efficiently. The phone initially operated on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) but was upgradable to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), thus extending its relevance with updated software capabilities. Unfortunately, the device's 512MB RAM and 2GB of internal storage (expandable via microSDHC) would struggle to meet the demands of contemporary smartphone applications.
