The iPad 2 sported a 9.7-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 768 x 1024 pixels, representing a screen-to-body ratio of approximately 65.1%. With a pixel density of around 132 ppi, the display was competent by 2011 standards, offering reliable color reproduction and viewing angles. However, compared to modern displays, it falls short in sharpness and clarity, but it was more than adequate for browsing, reading, and viewing multimedia content back when it first launched.
