Battery Life
The iPhone 5 housed a non-removable 1440 mAh battery. Though small, it was optimized enough to offer a reasonable performance for the device's power demands. It provided up to 8 hours of talk-time on 3G and up to 225 hours of stand-by time. However, given its moderate endurance rating of 51 hours, heavy users often found themselves needing to recharge partway through the day.
