The Fonepad 8 measures 214 x 120 x 8.9 mm, making it relatively manageable for an 8-inch device. Weighing 328 grams, it’s on the heavier side, but this is somewhat expected for a device straddling the line between phone and tablet. The large IPS LCD screen, at 8 inches, offers an ample viewing area, though its resolution stands at 800 x 1280 pixels, with a pixel density of approximately 189 ppi. This means visuals are clear enough for general media consumption, though not as crisp as more modern displays. The screen benefits from an oleophobic coating, which is a nice touch to minimize fingerprints.
