Internal storage for the BenQ-Siemens AL26 was rather limited, with just 1.5MB of internal memory available. There was no provision for memory expansion via a card slot, which restricted the storage of any additional content significantly. The phonebook feature allowed for contact storage, and it tracked call records, including logs for 10 dialed, 10 received, and 10 missed calls, which was typical for phones at that time.
