The BenQ A500 features a 1.9-inch TFT main display with 256,000 colors, offering a resolution of 128 x 160 pixels. While small by today's standards, this was quite acceptable for its time, providing reasonable clarity and color production for basic tasks. The phone also includes a second external CSTN display with 4096 colors, which offers quick access to important information such as caller ID without needing to flip open the device. However, the small screen real estate (approximately 30.2% screen-to-body ratio) can be limiting for extended viewing purposes.
