Performance and Operating System
Under the hood, the BenQ E72 was powered by a TI OMAP V1030 chipset and a 260 MHz CPU, supported by 128MB of internal storage and 64MB of RAM. It ran on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.0, which was quite popular among business users at the time due to its capability to sync with Microsoft Outlook and other Office applications. Though rudimentary in comparison to modern smartphones, these specs were sufficient for handling basic multitasking, lightweight applications, and productivity suites of its time.
