The Playbook featured a 7-inch TFT display with a resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels. The screen, while decent for its era, offered a ~170 ppi pixel density, providing acceptable clarity for both text and images. The display had a 16:9 aspect ratio, making it apt for consuming multimedia content such as videos and games. However, in the face of contemporary high-resolution screens, it fell short in delivering the crispness that users quickly became accustomed to.
