Packed with a 1400 mAh Li-Ion battery, the Celkon A86 provided sufficient power for its limited feature set. Though modest by modern measures, with its efficient power usage, the handset provided a stand-by time of up to 145 hours and a talk time of approximately 4 hours, reasonable for its era.
