Connectivity and Communication
In terms of network technology, the R380 operated on GSM 900/1800 bands, which was standard for mobile phones of its era. However, it lacked GPRS or EDGE support, limiting data connectivity options. Moreover, there were no modern networking features like WLAN or Bluetooth, but it did include an infrared port, which was a common method for short-range communication and data transfer between devices at the time.
