A standout feature of the Honor 6X at launch was its dual-camera system on the back, consisting of a 12 MP primary sensor with phase detection autofocus and a secondary sensor to assist in depth perception for portrait mode shots. This setup allowed users to capture impressive portraits with smooth bokeh effects. The camera supports features such as LED flash, HDR, and panorama, alongside video recording at 1080p@30fps. The front-facing 8 MP camera is adequate for selfies and video calls, also supporting 1080p video recording.
