Display
A key highlight of the Advantage X7500 was its sizeable 5.0-inch TFT resistive touchscreen. While the 256K color depth was fairly standard for its time, the effective 65K color output was somewhat limiting. The screen resolution was 640 x 480 pixels, offering a 4:3 aspect ratio and approximately 160 ppi density. This provided a clear, though not particularly vibrant, display that was well-suited for business applications, such as spreadsheets and document editing. The resistive touchscreen required a stylus for optimal use and featured handwriting recognition, catering to professional users accustomed to pen input.
