Under the hood, the device ran on Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 for PocketPC Phone Edition, powered by a 624 MHz Intel PXA270 processor. It integrated an ATI Graphic Chip W2284, slightly boosting its graphical capability. While this setup was impressive at the time, it offered just sufficient performance for basic multitasking and productivity applications. The internal storage included an 8GB microdrive, with 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM, which was sufficient for running Windows Mobile applications but modest by today's standards. A miniSD card slot provided additional flexibility for storage expansion.
