Display
The highlight of the Desire HD was undoubtedly its 4.3-inch LCD display, a standout feature as larger screens were just beginning to capture consumer interest. With a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, the display offered adequate sharpness with a pixel density of approximately 217 ppi. It was protected by Corning Gorilla Glass, although later versions of smartphones would see significant advances in display technology and protection. Despite not offering the high-definition quality we are accustomed to today, the screen was vibrant and sufficiently clear for browsing and media consumption at the time.
