Battery Life
A removable Li-Ion 1230 mAh battery powered the HD2. Its standby and talk times were competitive, offering up to 490 hours on 2G networks and up to 390 hours on 3G for standby, and talk times of up to 6 hours 20 minutes on 2G, and 5 hours 40 minutes on 3G. These figures were respectable, although moderate usage would necessitate daily charging. The music playback capacity extended up to 12 hours, which suited users who enjoyed audio entertainment on-the-go.
