Performance
Under the hood, the HTC HD2 was powered by a Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon S1 chipset with a 1.0 GHz Scorpion CPU, complemented by an Adreno 200 GPU. With 448MB of RAM and 512MB of ROM, performance was quite good for the standard Windows Mobile apps of the time. Although the hardware may seem limited today, it was capable of handling most tasks without significant lag, again considering software optimization for Windows Mobile 6.5 and HTC's customizations.
