Powered by a removable 1400 mAh Li-Ion battery, the HTC Merge offered a stand-by time of up to 330 hours and a talk time of approximately 6 hours and 30 minutes. This was respectable for the time and allowed users to stay connected throughout the day without frequent charging, although heavy use would require more attentive battery management.
