Introduction
The HTC Tattoo, released in September 2009, was one of the early forays of HTC into the Android smartphone market. It aimed to provide smartphone capabilities in a more compact and budget-friendly package, while offering HTC's Sense UI on top of the Android 1.6 (Donut) operating system. The phone quickly gathered attention for its customizable exterior and served as a beginner's introduction to the Android platform. However, it has since been discontinued, and this review reflects on both its hallmark features and its evident limitations.
